Alice Baldwin • LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #89144

Alice Baldwin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in healing, growth, and reconnection. She works from a relational, attachment-based lens, integrating trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, and expressive arts to create a deeply personalized and transformative therapeutic experience.

Alice blends presence, creativity, and insight in every session. Her work is collaborative and intuitive: some days focusing on relationship dynamics, other days exploring body awareness, creative expression, or guided imagery. She creates a space where clients feel seen, resourced, and empowered to navigate life transitions, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

Compassionate, creative, and insightful, Alice loves making therapy feel alive and human. She enjoys integrating embodiment and creativity into her own life, inspiring the same holistic connection she fosters with clients.

How i work

Alice believes that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but reclaiming what’s been silenced. She specializes in blending creative expression, body-based awareness, and deep relational work to help clients process trauma, reduce emotional overload, and rediscover their inner aliveness. Her sessions honor both the science and soul of healing, supporting transformation that is tender, grounded, and powerful.
