Founder & Clinical Director of SABI Pathways Holistic Wellness, a leading holistic therapy group in Southern California. As a therapist, coach, speaker, and wellness entrepreneur, I guide ambitious clients towards discovering their inner power through integrative, holistic modalities that focus on self-empowerment.

In 2019, I embarked on my journey as a solopreneur, establishing my brick-and-mortar private practice. Fueled by a passion for merging traditional psychotherapy with the integrative teachings acquired through years of experience and travel, I witnessed rapid growth by focusing on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Recognizing the demand and interest in holistic therapy, I expanded SABI Pathways into a telehealth group practice in 2020. Today, I'm privileged to mentor and inspire exceptional clinicians within SABI Pathways, all while empowering dedicated clients through therapy, coaching, speaking engagements, and wellness events around the world.
