Alice Baldwin O’KEEFE • LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #89144
Hi, I’m Alice, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and each other. I work from a relational and attachment-based lens, believing that the relationships we build, both past and present, shape our emotional world in meaningful ways.
My approach blends presence, intuition, and creativity. Some days we may focus on relationship patterns; other days we might explore body awareness, expressive arts, or guided imagery.
My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to move through anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions with greater clarity and resilience. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized, a space where transformation feels possible and accessible.
I help individuals and couples who are ready to reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, and create more fulfilling relationships.
My therapeutic style is relational, attachment-informed, and holistic. Each session is intuitive and collaborative. Whether we explore emotional patterns, engage in body-based work, or use creative expression, I tailor the process to what you need most that day. My aim is for therapy to feel safe, grounding, and alive, a place where insight and healing naturally unfold.
