Amy McNerney • LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #155540
Amy’s work is rooted in trauma-informed CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, somatic therapy, and equine-assisted therapy. She also integrates yoga therapy, meditation, Reiki, and creative modalities like sand and art therapy. This unique blend allows clients to process trauma, restore regulation, and uncover their own resilience, wisdom, and wholeness.
Amy believes therapy is a sacred process of transformation. She creates a space where every part of her clients is welcome—the resilient, the tender, the guarded, and the yearning. Through uncovering what’s been buried by false narratives, she helps individuals restore trust in their inner wisdom, making space for growth, insight, and grace.
Authentic, calm, and adventurous by nature, Amy finds joy and balance through yoga, horseback riding, hiking, gardening, and meditation. Her own self-care practices mirror the grounding and restorative principles she teaches her clients.
