Nidya Ramirez• LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #117868
Nidya Ramirez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care. She blends EMDR, Trauma Resiliency Model, somatic approaches, and narrative therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies, re-author painful stories, and reclaim hope and possibility.
Nidya creates a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients can move at their own pace. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and centered on client goals. She helps individuals restore connection—with themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to lead—while navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Thoughtful, warm, and reflective, Nidya enjoys quality time with family, reading, exploring new places, cozy coffee shops, and baking. Her personal interests reflect the same balance of creativity, care, and mindfulness she brings to her therapy practice.
